Walmart's annual holiday meeting brings U.S. store leadership together to preview merchandise, plan for the season, and share best practices. In 2020, the pandemic made in-person events impossible, presenting our team with the challenge of creating Walmart's first-ever virtual experience.

We designed an illustrated isometric world capturing the essence of a holiday-season Walmart in Anytown, USA. Every detail—from shelves and products to employee name badges—was designed and tailored to reflect everything from their branding, the season's products, store layouts and beyond.

The two-day virtual event, held Sept. 8-9, attracted 7,500 unique logins from Walmart associates nationwide. The online experience was a huge success- listed by Biz Bash in their “Top 10 Most Innovative Meetings 2021”
